Our services, including AI outputs, are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of AI-generated outputs.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BFMAutomations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, unless arbitration is mutually agreed.

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
